Double-layer straight warp and straight weft steel cord fabric with core
This product is a double-layer straight warp and straight weft steel cord fabric core made of dipped polyester cords and steel cords as warp threads, with the steel cords as the weft direction located at the upper and lower parts of the warp cords.
SW/SW(SW-HE) SERIES
- Warp (Longitudinal): “E” cord – open cord; a steel cord with periodic gaps between the filaments to allow rubber to penetrate easily.
- Weft direction (horizontal direction): “HE” type cord – high elongation type cord.
- 1 layer of weft cords on top of warp cords.
- 1 layer of weft cords is located below the warp cords
- Application:
- Conveyor belts that need protection on the underside
- Complementary application fields with “Single-layer Straight Warp Straight Weft Rigid Cord Fabric Belt Core”

- Warp (Longitudinal): “E” cord – open cord; a steel cord with periodic gaps between the filaments to allow rubber to penetrate easily.
- Weft direction (cross direction): “RE” type cords – common extension cords.
- 1 layer of weft cords on top of warp cords.
- 1 layer of weft cords is located below the warp cords.
