Single layer straight warp and straight weft steel cord fabric with core
This product is made of dipped polyester cords and steel cords as warp threads, and steel cords as weft threads located above the warp steel cords to form a layer of straight warp and straight weft steel cord fabric core.
SW/SW(SW-IW) SERIES
- Warp (Longitudinal): "E" Cord - Open type cord; a steel cord with periodic gaps between the filaments to allow rubber to penetrate easily.
- Weft direction (horizontal direction): "HE" type cord - high elongation type cord; a steel cord with relatively small lay length, relatively loose inter-strand and relatively high elongation. Guaranteed good troughability.
- Weft cords are on top of warp cords.
- Application:
- Can replace chemical fiber fabric core or spiral steel mesh conveyor belt
- Coke plants and powder metallurgy plants - heat resistant
